We are quickly approaching our third full year of ministry operation here at Life Without Limbs. With each passing year, God has blessed and expanded our territory as it relates to ministry outreach. In saying this, we are both humbled and grateful by all that we see the Lord accomplishing.
It is our belief that central to any fruitful and genuine work of the Lord is the understanding that you cannot "go it alone". We seek first the counsel of God in all that we undertake in ministry. (Job 12:13, Prov. 8:14)
Secondly, we believe in strong ministry leadership. God has graciously blessed Life Without Limbs with a top-notch Board and hand-picked officers, each one, full of godly wisdom and counsel.
Lastly, Life Without Limbs has been richly gifted with a number of tremendous partners in ministry all across the United States and in several countries. Viewing our ministry partners as one of our greatest assets, we call on them often for input and counsel. As such, though we are a relatively "young" ministry, we feel we are maturing in a way that is pleasing to our Heavenly Father.
Chief among our ministry friends and partners is Joni Eareckson Tada and her exceptional staff. She is the founder and CEO of Joni and Friends International Disability Center wrote the following concerning Nick Vujicic and Life Without Limbs:
"For every generation, God raises up a special servant who can speak with clarity and Spirit-inspired freshness about the power of the Living Word to transform lives. I believe God has chosen Nick in this millennium to be His voice of encouragement and inspiration to people around the globe. Nick's ministry, Life Without Limbs, is having a worldwide impact for the cause of Christ's kingdom - we consider it a privilege to labor alongside Nick and his team."
