Hope For Hannah

I will enter teen years soon, but I still feel like I need to find a place in this world. Sometimes I wore make-up to make me feel better about myself. I am not good at sports, and most of the people in my grade are. I love public speaking, and when there was a speech meet at m school, I was instantly thrilled about it. I chose Bible as my subject to speak about. I spoke, but what I said didn't come from my heart. I mean, I believed in it, but it wasn't what God put on my heart. I memorized a long bible story. I read the results, and I didn't make it in. I felt terrible. I wanted it so much. A few weeks later, I went to a Spirit West Coast celebration. I saw a band perform, and then Nick Vujicic got up and spoke. I got a calling, clear as daylight. God told me that just because I didn't make it into the Speech Meet, did not mean that I couldn't become a speaker. Now, I understand that I need to speak for what God wants me to. I would like to travel the world, and go where nobody has gone before. I would like to sing and perform for people and share my faith. I want to speak, for my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
