When you return home from a long journey, it’s always fun to tell your friends about the surprises you encountered along the way. And that’s how I’m feeling right now!
I wish we could sit down for coffee and have a long chat about 2013 World Outreach. We’ve recently ministered in Hungary, Japan, Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Macau, Hong Kong and South Korea. As a friend of Life Without Limbs, you deserve to share in the reward of this unprecedented ministry effort. Lives are being changed for God’s glory!
This month, we prepared a newsletter to highlight several snapshots from our travels. You need to hear a couple amazing stories from places like Cambodia, Hungary and the Philippines. You need to see their faces, and so we included a couple amazing pictures, as well.
As you absorb this newsletter, I hope you will respond in two ways. First, I want you to be confident that your financial investment in Life Without Limbs is bearing fruit. In the last eight years of ministry, nothing has compared to the incredible open doors granted to us, and God is using the investment of our ministry partners for His glory. And second, I want your heart to be broken with mine, so that you are compelled to join me in this worthwhile ministry of evangelism. Let me explain.
In many cases, while my heart was over-joyed by what God is doing around the world, at times my heart was broken, too. People are hurting. People are lost. People are suffering. And they are just waiting for someone to bring the hope of Christ.
In short, we have work to do! Our job is unfinished. And your donation today will ensure that needy and deserving people hear the good news of Jesus. We are still quite short of the funds necessary to accomplish the 2013 World Outreach in countries such as Thailand, Singapore, Ecuador, Peru, Paraguay and Uruguay. But we are stepping forward in faith.
Will you join me? Will you make a financial investment in 2013 World Outreach? Can I count on you to give a donation? Together, let’s go and tell our desperate world there is hope.
